I am announcing that this is the final post of this beautiful journey. I can comfortably say that blogging was the most satisfactory learning method I have ever tried. In my Odyssey, I had the privilege to convey my knowledge of technology integration into language learning and teaching which enhanced my perspective on technology use. In the vast technological world, I thought that it is too demanding to integrate innovative and interactive tools such as AI to education because of their complex nature. Most probably my previous instructors' opinions and ineffective implementations caused my perception. However, I learned that with proper and active learning, the advantages of technology can be increased. I gained knowledge about imagery descriptions and how to use them effectively with infographics, digital audio recording and its creative implementations with podcasts, combining different skills of the previous tasks with digital stories and most importantly, my collaborative and creative working skills are improved with online collaborative writing and AI tool practices. I have to admit that, from time to time, I struggled with the tasks, particularly the podcast as I hadn't the experience of voice recording and the sequencing of the voices with the background voices were hard to adjust. On the other hand, infographics were fun to design which allowed me to reflect my own way of teaching, at the same time learning about new topics was enlightening. In the end, whether learning the hard way or the easy way, I experienced a lot throughout this journey of blogging. I definitely would like to consider blogging for a different learning method, or just updating about my daily life. Thank you for joining me. Love you all! |
